The focus of this project was to modify a residential facility to suit an office complex to run petroleum and calibration laboratories within a duration of one month. The project was largely delivered using a combination of change and plan-driven methodologies by working closely with the client.

All deliverables met requirements and the project was completed ahead of schedule.
