Site upgrade works were subcontract packages from Netis Group; a major telecommunications service provider in Ghana. Works involved renovation and modification of cell sites across Ghana. All projects were grouped and managed as a program because they were related or similar. This project delivery approach maximized benefits that would not have been realized if the projects were handled individually.
